Glazing ceramics can be a challenging, yet rewarding part of the ceramics process. Every glaze and combo will look different depending on the clay type, and even where in the kiln it is placed. Glazes also act differently over time depending on their maintenance. Here are some examples of our studio glazes. Remember: leave at least a 1/4 in foot at the bottom of every piece and don’t layer more than top 1/3. Our glazes work best when thoroughly stirred and just a quick in & out dip.
